The pharmaceutical enterprises have developed quickly in recent ten years. But, compared with western countries in particular USA, there are many gaps in the biological technology in China.The biological technology has the high investment quantity, the high risk, the long cycle, the high profit. So, many middle and small enterprises always are disturbed by financing question in China. Therefore solving our country pharmaceutical enterprises'financing problem must be take key to its'new financing m echanisms.The conditions and trend of development of pharmaceutical enterprises of China and west countries been expatiated in this thesis. And, compared the company's financing structure to the pharmaceutical enterprises by quantity research and comparing methods to the enterprises and west countries'. In China, in resolving financing question, the pharmaceutical enterprises mostly depend on start-up financing and small loan of bank and the allowances of government. Most measures have been to used to improved financing by the government, but it is difficult that the middle and small pharmaceutical enterprises find financing. This paper discusses the factors of affecting the financing of the small and middle enterprises in China. Then, put forward the optimized proposal to the financing strategies. If the middle and small pharmaceutical enterprises want to get financing, widening channel of financing will be dominant question. Risk financing system is to be worth paying attention. And we should try hard to get privately-offered fond and the loan of bank.
