Sinopec Changling Company Supply Logistics Management Model Design

The purpose of this paper is how to establish a practical logistics MIS and transaction system to reduce purchase and circulation expense. On the basis of the current material-supply management mode of Changling subsidiary, according to her several years practice and profoundly thinking, design a new material-supply logistics management mode, promote her material-supply logistics management level.This paper first makes an investigation and adopts the theory of managerial engineering and operational methods, analyzes and researches the current situation of the material-supply, then adopts supply chain management, production and operation management, management information system, then it has a qualitative and quantitative analysis of Changling subsidiary's material-supply management mode. By analyzing and researching the main factors including planning, purchasing, stocking, distributing and information processing, a practical and effective solution to the problems of dynamic equilibrium is provided. The new mode is based on the logistics management information system, will break through the current material-supply logistics management mode, and combine all above factors to suit the demand of the modern material-supply logistics management.
