| It's obvious that the development of an organization relies on continual cooperation and effort of every member, so the inspiring of working enthusiasm becomes a basic issue in organization management. Successful enterprises all have their own factors, however, failed enterprises usually have common poor inspiring mechanism that presents in compensation system and human resource system.With the improvement of Chinese market economy, more and more foreign capital enterprises streaming into China, competition on talent becomes unprecedented fierce. It has been a new big problem for state-owned enterprises to cope with the austere situation that much more talents are attracted by the rational, rich salary and welfare of the foreign-capital enterprises and private-owned corporations.The thesis focuses on how to set up effective inspiring mechanism taking YCT as a case. Chapter 1 introduces existing theory of inspiring and new developing direction. Chapter 2 introduces the situation of YCT Company and analyzes existing problems in present inspiring system. Chapter 3 discusses how to construct new effective mechanism in YCT according the present situation. Chapter 4 gives the rudiment in three aspects. Chapter 5 concludes the study and brings forward sequent issue to study.The thesis reasons, analyzes and settles issues in YCT independently with references of various research conclusions. If contributed to put forward the development in human recourses system of YCT, or similar enterprises, the thesis reaches it's goal. |
