With the development of world economy, China is becoming the No. 1 market in many trades, including Fast Moving Consumption Goods. Tobacco as a special trade, have the same trend. China has been the No.l tobacco market in the world. No matter international or local (domestic) company try their best to enlarge market share. Market share means more consumers to buy the brand. More consumers should be more young consumers. More young consumers means more loyal younger consumer to their brand. The reason is that, younger consumer have longer smoking life, and they are easy be influenced by any strong marketing activities And once they become loyal consumer to one brand, it is difficult for them switch from one brand to another one. Thus this consumer will contribute the most to the brand in term of smoking volume and profit, this will enlarge market share at the same time.In this dissertation, it takes Jia Mei company as basic, with market research, and consumer analysis, to analysis the consumer behavior, including character of consumer, influencing factor of buying; behavior of buying and brand awareness. Thus 999 can find its target consumer and satisfy its consumer. And according to the result of research, some suggestions will be provided to Jia Mei.Jia Mei will pay more attention to female smoking consumer. Convenience is a very important buying place for younger smoking consumer. Jia Mei is also should do different according to different regional retailer development.
