Among manufacturing enterprises, purchase cost account for 50%-70% of enterprise's total cost. Statistics shows that, every 1% reduce of purchase cost brings 5%～10% increase of profit. Thus, purchase management's quality becomes the key point of a company to reduce purchase cost and increase profit. From 2001,BL company practiced precision management and found integral inner business procedure and performance evaluate system, which established BL company's core-competence and lead company to fast lane. In this course, BL Company's purchase cost rise year by year, and showed tendency of losing control. Thus, strengthen supply chain management becomes the key work for BL company to develop oversea market, and is very important for achieving company's five-years-goal. The author analysis BL company's current purchasing and supply chain management condition, concerning the inner and outer environment and using way of combination of theory and practice, discussed the innovation of BL company's purchasing and supply chain management. The article can be divided into five chapters. The first chapter pointed out the importance of purchasing and supply chain management, introduced the current study situation of foreign experts and introduced the theme of the article. The second chapter studied the situation of BL company's purchasing and supply chain management through analyzing management process,operation process and the relation of supply and demand. The third chapter pointed out the innovation direction. Firstly, the author analyzed the develop trend of purchasing and supply chain management; secondly the author made innovation study in purchasing process and quality process. The fourth chapter gives the plan of BL company's purchasing and supply chain management, including management process,plan and schedule, etc. At last, through the above study, the author gives the conclusion in the fifth chapter.
