Research On Financing Mode And Innovation Of Y Logistics Company

Logistics industry is the blood of a national economy,which plays an important role in improving the circulation speed of social commodities.With the country pay more and more attention to the logistics industry,the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises received more and more attention.Faced with fierce competition in the industry,small and medium-sized logistics enterprises need to expand the scale,update equipment,enhance the technical level,so there demand for funds is increasing.However,due to factors such as low credit rating and bank credit policy,small and medium-sized logistics enterprises have difficulties in financing,like high financing cost,narrow financing channels,and so on.The financing problem in the development process needs to be resolved through financing innovation.This article takes small and medium-sized logistics enterprise financing as the research object,expounds that the overall financing environment of the logistics industry is tense at present.Although capital market have many financing channels,medium-sized logistics enterprises are still use traditional methods like bank loan.Other methods such as logistics finance,equity investment and IPO financing are insufficiency,because of many limitations lay ahead.Innovative financing methods has become the most effective way to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.This paper takes Y logistics company as an example to analyze its financing model and the existing problems,finding out that the credit rating and bank credit policy is the main reason for the existence of Y Company financing problems.By analysis of Y Company's cost of capital and risk,this article provides some innovation of financing mode for Y Company,specifically including private equity financing,credit guarantee financing and financial leasing methods,and give specific operational process.
