The conflict between the two subjects of labor relations is becoming more and more, so adjusting labor relations is becoming more urgent. But the new economy system has put forwards to new demands on labor relations and adjusting methods, we must strengthen the study, analyze carefully the labor relations' characters of this period, take international habits as an example and strengthen the building of laws and regulations, thus we can build a kind of harmonious and steady labor relations.
