At the age of knowledge economy, knowledge has been a chief resource for enterprise, and research of Knowledge Stock is an important direction of knowledge researchThe passing past researches of Knowledge Stock always measures Knowledge Stock of macroscopical object as country, industry and so on. However, teams have been applied in more and more organizations to deal with the fast changing environment, and team has been a new topic of research of knowledge. So, this dissertation discusses the measure and factor of team Knowledge Stock, for finding a fit method to measure the team Knowledge Stock of our enterprises and searching an activity to advance the level of team Knowledge Stock.This dissertation mainly discusses : 1. With review of abundant literature andsummarizes, I fix on the main topic-researching the measure and factors of teamKnowledge Stock. 2. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this dissertation takes 8 teams of 3 companies from our mobile phone production industry as the research objects, collects the information for using interview, transfers information to data for using Delphi method, and dose the research of team Knowledge Stock for using Gray Theory.At last, the main conclusions of this dissertation are : team Knowledge Stockcan been measured from three carriers------person, article and organization,- GrayTheory can been well used in measuring Knowledge Stock comparatively, the activities of Knowledge Transformation are important factor to change team Knowledge Stock.
