Compensation administration is the important component of enterprises' management and establishment of the scientific and reasonable compensation system is the self-driven power and the chief incentive mechanism for enterprises' development.How to establish the effective compensation system and how to maximum the effectiveness of such a system is an administrative art worthy of exploration, which will fundamentally guarantee the competitive advantage of human resource of enterprises.Beginning with exploring the ancient theory of the incentive compensation and incorporating the update modern theories and ideas about compensation strategy, this thesis makes a deep research on present situation of Zhangjiajie Branch, China TieTong Telecom, dynamically analysis the compensation problems occurred in the company and diagnoses the unreasonable practice of its former compensation system in terms of new philosophy of the Zhangjiajie Branch, China TieTong Telecom, that the company's development strategy will be supported by its compensation strategy effectively, its strategic goal, its development stage, its characteristics of telecom industry, and competitive environment in which the company will survive.According to requirement and guidance principle of the compensation strategy, this thesis also devises compensation system of Zhangjiajie Branch, China TieTong Telecom, based on how to fulfill the strategic goal of the company, and evaluate the effect of its compensation plan enforced by all position of the company.
