Sany Collaborative Procurement Model In The Modern Supply Chain Environment

With the accelerating of the globalization, many enterprises will face more complicated environment. At the same time, the enterprises need the new managerial theory very much. In the 1980s, the appearance of the theory of SCM(Supply Chain Management) impacted the west. Many large corporations improved their work of sale, procurement and production in the direction of the theory of SCM. In the recent years, a lot of enterprises have started to study the theory of SCM from the west in order to raise their efficiency in China. In this article, the author studied the problems of the procurement in the large mechanic enterprise in China, and the author studied the method of the problems by SCM theory.The purpose of the article is to find methods to resolve the problems in the procurement of the mechanic enterprises through the analysis of the procurement in the enterprise S with the theory of SCM.The author analyzed the procurement of enterprise S from the internal relationship and the external relationship, and absorbed the experience of the first-rate west corporation under the environment of supply chain. And then the author designed a new synchronous model of the procurement to resolve the problems in the procurement of enterprise S. This model includes the internal synchronous mechanism and the external synchronous mechanism. The internal synchronous mechanism is designed according to the work flow, and the external synchronous mechanism is designed to adapt to all kinds of supplier.The author studied how to raise the efficiency of the procurement in enterprise S with the theory of SCM. The article probed how to found the synchronous model to raise the quick reaction to the environment. With the experience of the international first-rate corporations in the procurement, the article proved the synchronous model of the procurement can raise the level of the procurement in the mechanic enterprises in the supply chain.
