The marketing system innovation of state-owned companies, is now an important and critical issue to our current state companies to suit for marketing economic system 。How to get together the marketing resources,meet customers'demands, increase marketing gain and strengthen company competition power is an important mission to developing the state-owned companies at present and in the future。In the new marketing economic circumstance,the state-owned companies must change their concept and marketing mind。Laidong is company mainly to product diesel engine。Laidong` marketing organization come from selling group。As turning from planned economy to market economy,an company must be more and more pay close attention to customers` demands and satisfy customers` demands。All of this demand Laidong`s marketing organization must convert from production guidance to market guidance。After our state joined into WTO ,and it is step on the juice to build up socialism market economic system,Laidong is faced with the challenge in the course of development。Therefore Laidong must start from practice,under the conduction of the state policies, be good at exploration,be bold in reformation,and get together marketing resources,increase sales gain, strengthen company competition power。This test at first is a research on Laidong`s actuality(profit,product,sales)especially the research on Laidong`s marketing system using exploratory research,and take the analysis of the result of research combine Laidong`s manage circumstance and the development of diesel engine industry, thinking about Laidong`s advantages and disadvantages。We find out the reasons that lead to the decline of Laidong manage gain and sales profit,find out the problems in building marketing organization and marketing strategies of Laidong ,and talk about the conversion of marketing concept in market economy, and it conducts the company in developing。Analyze and research the problem about sales by using sales theory,and based on these,we give advice and measures about sales economy adjustment and sales strategy perfection and give a reference for the development of Laidong。...
