| After 9.11, by enforcement of anti-terrorism actions and upgrade of regional conflicts, powerful politics and militarism are rising, so the international environment is under sophisticated change. People have to face the tense and unstable reality and be prepared for danger in times of safety. To protect national holistic interest, we have to undertake all the necessary safety countermeasures. There is a great gap in energy transportation in our country: more than 90% of our petroleum are through ocean transportation and 90% of them are carried by alien carriers, only 10% of them carried by domestic carriers. Under the international environment, these strongly threaten our country's energy safety.Energy problem is at stake! Although some of the domestic experts have reached a common sense on this problem, but it is lack of further theoretical research. This thesis, by reference to international tanker pool's experience, draws the inevitability that our oil transportation enterprises will be united, through analyzing economic related theories and its existence process.This thesis consists of four parts: chapter one raises the tendency of organizing our own tanker pool by analyzing international tanker market and our country's market; chapter two draws some useful and helpful experience for our own tanker pool from further analyzing common characteristics of international tanker pool; chapter three draws the feasibility of setting up such a pool through theoretical analysis; chapter four states the process of how to set up such a pool, including normal process, key points and watchful traps. Method of this thesis is by analysis to international tanker pool, including normal analysis and theoretical analysis of economics, raising the inevitability of setting up China tanker pool to show a new thought to enhance competitive force of Chinese oil transportationindustry. |
