New request is pointed out to the company. And the meaning of this thesis is introduced at the end.The second part is the most important part of the whole thesis including 5 chapters. The first chapter analyzes the existent problems and the reasons of V2 from the aspects of organization structure, products characters, price, sales promotion modes. The second chapter is focusing on the SWOT analysis according to the sales situation of V2. The advantages and disadvantages of the internal and external environment of the problems is analyzed. In chapter three, new developing ideas and modes are put forwarded. These modes include theskip mode centralize on the brand strategies, promotion mode based on the core competition, competition mode centralized on the market innovation and value innovation, the brand establishment and spread mode, culture mode based on the theory of enterprise culture. The new promotion strategies are pointed out in chapter 4. Some sales measures are introduced in this chapter, which including technology development of the products, categories of the markets, price, sales promotion, and the integration ways. The new schemes are put forwarded to solve the serious bottle-neck problems of V2, in which way the material flows, information flows and capital flows are speed up.
