This thesis take Pioneer Manufacture Co,.Ltd(Shanghai) ('Pioneer Manufacture' in following text) as example to discuss thoroughly about the decision-making of supplier choice which integrates subject of the supply chain management .such as Operation Management, Operational Research , and Modern Logistics etc .This thesis also combines my practical working experience from supply chain management. It compares and selects among following method1. Methods of Index Contrast2. Methods of Gravity Analysis3. Methods of Analytic Hierarchy ProcessWhich used for choice of location for Distribution Center, choice of parts supplier as well as choice of suppliers of logistics service provider. This thesis also effectively settles the decision-making problem of supplier's choice using quantities analysis methods for qualitative problem. It strongly support the successfully implementation of IPO strategy of Pioneer Co. Ltd.Thesis comprise of 6 chapters.1~st Chapter analyses the company's background of Pioneer's company as well as its manufacture operation model, which point out the inevitability of implementing supply chain management for Pioneer Manufacturer.It provides realistic background for further study of decision-making of choice of DCs location as well as logistics suppliers, which use Analytic Hierarchy Process method, Index Contrast method and Gravity Analysis methods2~nd Chapter introduce in detail about concept as well as theory & its methods of Gravity Analysis and Index Contrast. This will provide preparation for application of decision -making for choice of DCs location as well as supplier and its logistics service provider3~rd chapter propose the application plan & strategy of choice of DCs location as well as suppliers and logistics service provider in Pioneer's IPO which use Gravity Analysis methods, Index Contrast Analysis methods and AHP methods.
