The theme of this article is the Staffs performance examining system.Beginning with the analysis of the necessity of Staffs performance examining ,this article describes the basic theory including the key element, operation procedure and relevant concepts concretely. Then the article makes a concrete analysis of the common problems of the Staffs performance examining system and analyses the domestic and international famous company's Staffs performance examining system in detail.And then a key argumentation part of the article arises, the author carrys on deepens systematic analysis of the current Staffs performance examining system situation of Chongqing Natural Gas Ore, summing up the advantages and existing problems of the current examining system, laying the foundation for further demonstration.Then, according to the situation of Chongqing Natural Gas Ore, the author analyses examining purpose, principles, target organization and index system one by one, demonstrates three different examination methods and corresponding examining procedures for different level staff .In the fifth part of the article, the author analyses the current salary system of Chongqing Natural Gas Ore, combining with the prevailing salary system , puts forward a new salary system framwork of Chongqing Natural Gas Ore. In order to strengthen the practical meaning of the article, in the last part, baising on the analysis of difficulties and problems that might arise in the new examining system, the author puts forward some corresponding measures and emphasizes the importance of setting up related communication system.
