On The Promotion Of Market-based Mechanisms Of High-quality Rape

The development of world rape industry discussed in this dissertation, we analyzed the actuality of rape industry and extension system of agriculture science in China. We also compared the agricultural extension mechanisms among developed western countries, and which bring us thoughts to extend high quality rape in our country. We provided two basic and necessary preconditions in extending high quality rape, that is, the development degree of high quality rape industrialization and the construction of market mechanism of high quality rape extension. We also suggested that high quality rape research objects be set up which adapts to market requirement, the extension of high quality rape be combined organically with rape industrialization process which based on market mechanism, the multiple creative subjects of high quality rape technology be developed, effective service system of rape science and technology extension be set up to speed up the technology achievement transformation of rape, multiple and marketed agricultural science and technology investment system stressed on venture investment mechanism be set up and government function be transited to promote the creation of high quality rapes extension system.
