A Study On The Purchasing Behavior And Influencing Factors Of Policy Rape Planting Insurance Among Farmers In Chengdu

As an important producing area of oil crops,Chengdu plays an important role in Sichuan,and the yield of rape produced in Sichuan ranks first in China all the year round.In 2022,the No.1 central document proposed to actively develop agricultural insurance and reinsurance.The research object of this study is rape planting insurance in Chengdu,which has certain research value for the core area of rape production.Policy based agricultural insurance for rape planting is very effective in avoiding the risks of natural disasters that may be brought about,and can improve the income of farmers and their ability to resist disasters.Since 2007,Chengdu has started to pilot policy based rape planting insurance.After more than ten years of development,the current coverage rate has reached 68.87%,but there are still some problems worth studying in the long-term development.This is the first piece of paper related to home and foreign literature,took Chengdu rape planting insurance as the research object,and then analyzed the development history of Chengdu rape planting insurance,the adjustment of insurance amount and share proportion,and the current situation of underwriting claims.Secondly,based on the survey data of 196 rape growers in Chengdu,the data were described in three parts: the personal attributes,business and economic conditions,insurance and risk perception of the growers.Then,the binary logistic regression model was used to exclude the multiple collinearity of the factors for rape growers to purchase rape insurance in Chengdu,and then an empirical analysis was carried out.The following conclusions were obtained: the planting area,The number of agricultural technical training,the degree of awareness of risks,the degree of awareness of insurance clauses and the importance of rape planting insurance have a significant positive impact on rape growers in Chengdu,while the age of the growers,the planting years have a significant negative impact.Finally,according to the results of the study,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the government,insurance companies and rape growers.
