Enterprise Groups In China Finance Companies To Develop Countermeasures

Since our first enterprise group finance company had been established in 1987 , the finance company has already undergone trails and hardships for 18 years.It is different from the finance company to be set up in western developed country when multinational corporation has developed to a certain scale,that it was the outcome of the reform of economic structure and financial structure ,as well as the coordinated police of the strategy for developing great company and great enterprise group in our country. For several years, the financial company has made a great development and given strong impetus to the development of enterprise group with the support of policy and enterprise group,as well as its effort.It is proved by practice that this is a successful arrangement on system.On the base of a vast amount of material,first of all ,this thesis elaborates on the implication of the finance company, the enterprise group finance company and Chinese enterprise group finance company separately.Then it analyses the objectivity of formation of the enterprise group finance company from the track of world economic development and the inevitable result of financial development deepening .And then, on the foundation of the exposition about the function of our enterprise group finance company such as interior funding settlement, financing for the enterprise group ,and about the effect of it such as financial service , distribution of resources, this thesis analyses the necessity of developing our enterprise group finance company from the need of enterprise group development strategy ,and the possibility from the enterprise group's formation and development and reform of financial system. Thereby this thesis gives an explanation concerning inevitability of developing our enterprise group finance company. Secondly, by taking the system evolution as the master line, this thesis describes the main system content in various stages of our enterprise group finance company's growth,then analyses the system reason and makes the corresponding appraisal. And then focused on the exposition about the present situation of our enterprise group finance company's development, this thesis points out problems it exists with insufficient source of funding and the unbalanced whole development, and so on,besides it analyses the cause from the defect of the financial market and the credit system in China.Next, based on the introduction and analysis of the functioning mechanism of enterprise group finance company between China and the western country, this thesis summarizes thesuccessful experience of the western national enterprise group finance company such as the rich financing channel , the advanced settlement method, as well as the good enlightenment for developing our financial company that the perfect financial environment, the accurate localization on the function and service, etc, are in favor of development of finance company. Finally, considering Chinese actual situation, the current economical situation and the international financial company's development tendency, this thesis advances the development direction of our enterprise group finance company, and puts forward "four steps " development strategy of it.Then this thesis provides some suggestions for the regulatory such as expanding the finance company's funding source and consummating necessary coordinated measures,laws and regulations,for the enterprise group such as thinking highly of the strategic significance of finance company to the group's development and improving the financial service function of the finance company ,for the finance company such as settling the relations with enterprise group properly and giving prominence to characteristic service.Our country economic development is like a raging fire, our country enterprise group finance company's development is now in the ascendant.
