Research On Development Promblems And Countermeasures Of Finance Company Of Enterprise Group In China

Different from the establishment of a financial company spontaneously after the enterprise group develops to a certain size in the western developed countries, china's financial companies of enterprises groups in our country is the result of the reform of the economic system and the financial system of china, and is one of supporting policies for"large enterprises, large groups"strategy. After 20 years of development, the financial companies have already become an important component of the financial system in china. It bases on enterprise groups, serves the enterprise groups, and has played an important role in promoting this. However, in the present, with the acceleration of our enterprises groups development and internationalization and the expanding of enterprises groups needs for financial companies'service, the shortcomings and problems of financial companies'development begins to emerge gradually, and compared with financial companies of the enterprises groups in the western developed countries, there is still a big gap between us. Therefore, in the face of the economic globalization and the fierce competition from international enterprises and foreign joined institutions after china's accession to the WTO, it has a realistic and far-reaching significance for the development of our large enterprises groups and the establishment of our modern financial system to strengthen the research about enterprises groups'financial companies.On basis of vast literature information, this paper firstly introduces the related concept of enterprises companies as well as the production and development information of our enterprises groups; secondly, in the comparison and identification of the compared targets, it compares the western and Chinese enterprises groups systematically from the micro and macro levels and summarizes conclusions about western enterprises groups'developing experiences and its revelation for us. At the same time, in order to meet the needs for the empirical analysis of the developmental characteristics of china's enterprises groups'financial companies, on basis of the summarization and comment of the existing grey correction model, this paper puts forwards a new grey correlation algorithm model and empirically analyses the relevant aspects of the financial companies of china's enterprises groups, and makes some conclusions about the developmental characteristics of the financial companies. Furthermore on use of related statistical date this paper uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify the main problems in the development of our enterprises groups'financial companies, and then discusses the causes of the existing problems. Finally on the basis of the analysis of the environment which our enterprises groups'financial companies face and the formal research, this article puts forward the strategy and recommendations for the development of our enterprises groups'financial companies.
