| Credit is a foundation of the development of marketing economy, and the marketing economy is also the credit economy. In the realistic economic life, Enterprises, as the main bodies of the marketing economic activities, starting from the economic people's motive, pursue the maximize interests excessively. They have presented "a large amount of behaviors in breaking others' promises, which have influenced the sound development of our countries' economy seriously. Therefore we need to carry out systematically analysis to business credit theoretically. And in this way, we could solve these all sorts of breaking others' promises in reality conscientiously.In the view of economics, credit is to set up the concrete application in the economic field of prestige on the basis of people's willing and ability of fulfilling contracts. It is a kind of media of exchange, a kind of capital too which has character of demanding and supplying. Credit is the important intangible assets of enterprises, and it is also the enterprises' core-competitiveness. With further perfection and development in the marketing economy, the positions and impacts of business credit on economic benefits are outstanding day by day. How to explain the business credit mechanism and behavior through systematical analysis, combining the analysis of the game theory, point out that business credit is enterprises' fundamental interests which assurance their development for a long time. That is one of the purposes this article should achieve.Since business credit problem lies in both macroscopically environments and micro conditions, it bears the characteristic of disequilibrium and brings with a serial of contradictions and obstacles. From this point, the article dwells mainly on the three aspects as follows: (1) how to understand the meanings of business credit lacking and the great damages of anti-credit phenomena; (2) illustrating the factors which influence business credit lacking behavior from macroscopically environments andmicro conditions; (3) how to manage the credit risks of Chinese enterprises, which resolve contradiction mainly from the standardization of enterprise credit policy and credit culture and the foundation of business credit governance mechanism. The main point of the article is not to advance a series of specific system and measures, but to put forward the basic concept of business credit and the analytic framework for the business credit lacking problems. |
