The theory of corporate culture came into being on the beginning of 1980's in west countries. We accepted it in the middle of 1980's and then many enterprises high on constructing corporate culture. Although we have already received some achievement in our corporate culture construction, the eventually effect is not satisfying. We find it through the dynamic exterior phenomena of corporate culture construction, few enterprises can construct a kind of corporate culture which can help their development and make itself core competence. The reason of it is that people don't make clear the meaning of the corporate culture, even they don't master the scientific approach to choose and construct it actively. This article analyze detailedly and systematically the choice and construction of corporate culture mode.There are four parts in the article:In the first, point out that our corporate culture construction can't achieve the ideal effect, and is hard to break through, because there is something wrong in our corporate culture construction. In this article, we analyze and summarize systematically the representation of these mistakes in it's theory and practice.In the second, many enterprises can't carry out corporate culture construction, because they know little about components and inner structure of corporate culture. In this article, we analyze them completely, which establish the firm theory base for enterprises to construct corporate culture actively.In the third, we emphasize that the modern enterprises management is apt to cultural management more and more. If we want to make the corporate culture a management tool exercised freely, we should choose and construct it actively according to the development strategy. We try to research it in theory, and suggest that we should set about in two aspects to construct corporate culture actively, which is that first select one of the fittest corporate culture in light of the facts, and then set out to construct the components of corporate culture, we think the most important andessential work is choosing and constructing the value concept.In the fourth, due to exert the management function of corporate culture more effectively, we discuss deeply the construction of management mode, which is apt to the decided corporate culture, we perfect the construction of corporate culture in this period.
