Anti-dumping has been the focus of international economic research in the past over 20 years. The number of the cases on anti-dumping against China has been increasing steadily. Now China has been the most serious victimized country. After entry into WTO, anti-dumping problem will be a greater challenge to China.Based on the over 20 years' data since the first case on anti-dumping against China in 1979, the article introduces the severe situation China is faced with now in anti-dumping from foreign countries and thoroughly analyzes its causes. The author is of the view that the internal and external causes mutually results in the global anti-dumping campaign against China. So far as the external causes are concerned, anti-dumping has been an important means of international trade protection. In addition, the discriminative treatment in anti-dumping cases which puts China in a difficult position in trade dispute is a more unfavorable factor. So far as the internal causes are concerned, with the rising prosperity of China, China has reached the peak of international trade friction and unconsciously become the goal of international trade protection from different countries. Under the pressure from anti-dumping against China, the author accordingly puts forward the domestic and foreign solutions to the problem. As to the foreign solutions, we should actively respond to action and safeguard our own interests, we also need more communication with foreign countries and appropriately handle the bilateral relations. As to the domestic solutions, we should try to make ourselves perfect and enhance the awareness of precautions. Not only based on practice but on some theories, the article analyzes the discriminative treatment in anti-dumping, proves the attack nature of anti-dumping through Game Theory and expounds the trend of thoughts on how to grasp the competitive advantage properly in China through Michael Porter's Competitive Advantage Theory.
