Along with the integration of global economic, the flow of FDI becomes more and more active because of its larger scale .Each economic region in China is involved in the merchants of FDI. At present, the main regions which absorb FDI in China are Yangtz river delta, Zhujiang river delta, Beijing-Tianjing-Tangshan Metropolitan Circle and Shandong Peninsula.In order to absorb FDI more effectively and rationally, we must study, compare and analysis the present pattern of merchants which is successful and valuable in open area of China. After finding out the malpractice in merchants, by reform and making innovations for our merchants system, we can get a right pattern for Chinese merchants.This thesis is composed of four parts. The first part illustrates the basic FDI theory. The second part elaborates the patterns of merchants in China. The third part is the exiting problems of merchants in system and suggestion. The final part is the conclusion of the thesis.
