Recently, dumping and antidumping are used more widely and frequently and the conflicts between dumping and antidumping become more and more severely. Those have drawn attention of many countries.World Trade Organization (WTO) supplies a place for the member nations to settle disputes. 《Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994》 《Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes》 and the body concerning the disputes settlements all supply an guarantee to the dispute settlements.From the opening and reforming China achieves a remarkable progress on foreign trade. At the same time our country receives many antidumping appeals from other countries. Much of export good was blocked off from those countries and it affects the income of our international trade.The paper comprises of three parts.The first part is "review on antidumping dispute settlement mechanism" .This part includes two issues: firstly, it introduces something about 《Agreement on Implementation of Article Ⅳ of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994)》 . Including the formation of the agreement and the content of the agreement; secondly, it introduces something of 《Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes》 .The second part uses a lot of actual cases to explain the procedure and methods how DSB solve the dumping disputes. This part is consist offour parts: one, domestic process of antidumping investigation that DSB regulates; two, the function scope of panel; three, the standard of review of panel; four, the explanation on antidumping agreement.The third part mainly tells that: the specialties of antidumping accusation that our country encounters and how China uses WTO dispute settlement mechanism to deal with antidumping disputes.All in all, as a new member of WTO, China should pay more attention to case study of dispute settlement mechanism, uses WTO dispute settlement mechanism flexibly as a tool of protecting trade benefits.
