Compensation & Benefits management is one of the most important issues in the operation of enterprise and is also the core content of enterprises' human resource management. It is prerequisite of setting up modern Compensation & Benefits management system and important that the salary is designed. Reasonable and valid salary system can not only validate to stir up the initiative and activity of employees, promote employees to work hard to realize enterprises' targets, and increase enterprises' performance, but also can attract and reserve a employee teem with good qualities and competition abilities under the knowledge-based economy where the competition is increasingly fierce. It has a very practical meaning for China's hotel enterprise to design and set up a set of Compensation & Benefits system that is scientific, coincident with the enterprise's characteristics and helpful for the realization of strategic goals of the enterprises.This paper proceeds from the fundamental theory relative to the compensation and human resource management, pass the pay surveys and pay satisfaction study on the present compensation system of JINDI Hotel to find the unreasonable factor in it, use the scientific tools, has redesigned the new compensation and benefit system of the JINDI Hotel, which tries to explore how to establish a competitive and encouraging compensation system to enroll and keep persons of ability.This paper firstly summarizes the definition, structure, function, principle of design and process of design and reviews the theory of motivation, that is very important in the research and management of the compensation system. Secondly, analyzes the present compensation system of JINDI Hotel. According to the research, combine the demand of the management, the new compensation system of JINDI Hotel has been designed. At last, discusses some issues in compensation administration. The paper involves the entire process of pay survey, design, study and administration. The aim of the paper is to put forward some recommend for the establishment and management of the compensation system in hotel enterprises.
