The Change Of International Financial Pattern And China 's Countermeasures

Increasing of our country’s economic strength is obvious to all, economy and foreign trade No.2 in the world, the foreign exchange reserves No.1 in the world, our country has become the world’s largest developing country. However, China’s financial position is less than the trade status, many problems exist, development is not mature, anti-risk ability is weak, low degree of ‘going out’. Today’s international financial landscape also profound changes have taken place, in particular after the US subprime mortgage crisis, and change is more obvious, the main performance of the US financial hegemony is challenged, the dollar in the dominant position in the monetary system also threatened, China as the representative of developing countries has been improving the position in international financial pattern. Continue to promote financial reform, strengthen financial supervision, the rational development of financial policies and grasp the pattern of the world financial law of development are very important for us to perfect the financial system and improve the international financial position.This paper firstly in the process of international financial research pattern changes from the theory of financial development, financial innovation theory, institutional change theory, and theory of financial global integration of the related theory and literature. Based on international financial landscape research, mainly from two aspects of hegemony replacement and the international monetary system, reviews the evolution of the international financial structure. Then, this paper general overview on the international financial structure change after the Europe, America, Asia, Latin America several detailed analysis of the financial landscape changes under the background of the financial industry. To explore the impact of international financial landscape change of our country, this article from the aspects of finance, trade, risk conduction three detailed analysis. Regulation is an important link in the financial sector, to better promote the development of China’s financial industry, this paper also studied the characteristics of compatible regulation in China and existing problems. In order to indicate countermeasures under the new pattern of international financial landscape, this paper analyses the following aspects including the correct understanding of international financial landscape change, transformation of the mode of development of China’s financial institutions, promoting financial reform and strengthening financial supervision, perfecting laws and regulations, strengthening international cooperation and so on.
