With the globalization of economy and the coming of the Internet world, Enterprise choose the third part company to do the management job in order to control cost,so the enterprise has pay more and more attention to employees, the development of staff has been the key to success, restricting the future of enterprise, the staff has been valuable assets of the enterprise, while the staff degree of satisfaction directly influence the mood of the employees, consequently influence the production efficiency and the level of company profits.According to the satisfaction survey of employees which come from the logistics enterprise, studying the affecting factors about the staff and users. meanwhile analyzing the influencing factors and regression, testing validity and reliability, finding out the relationships between affecting factors and satisfaction, the most important part is the relationship between staff and customers, we find there is no relationship between staff and customers, the first reason is the industry is not perfect, the second reason is that the exacting of delay phenomenon; there is relationship between the current employee satisfaction and the next period customer satisfaction, the current employee satisfaction is the next period customer satisfaction; system dynamics is the best way to explain this relationship, then we choose to use system dynamics for further study, after that, offering some suggestions to improve employee satisfaction. Employee satisfaction has been pay more attention by enterprise, improving employee satisfaction needs to analyze some questions which imply the dissatisfied factors to offer a proposal. The article integrates theory with practice, proposing reference opinions for small and medium logistics enterprise.This article is based on cross section data to analysis the relationship between employee satisfaction and external customer satisfaction; in the future we could track companies 4 to 5 years for more data, using the stock of flow chart for feedback study.
