Nowadays, the relationship between the republic of Kazakhstan and China is getting closer, especially the trade relations are becoming more frequent, with the growth in the living standard and rising in comes of Kazakhstan citizens, a huge number of Kazakhstan tourists have been interested in traveling to China. There for, in the area of ? ? bilateral cooperation, the capacity of tourism industry has gradually raised.Tourism market research between the two countries having more and more importance,but the majority of studies concentrated on research between the two countries in trade and other aspects of natural resources, and the studies based on Kazakhstan and China Tourism cooperation is almost zero, China and Kazakhstan are countries with ancient civilizations along the Silk Road, the two sides to carry out strategic cooperation in tourism between the two countries has become an important meeting point of the development of tourism. The relations between China and Kazakhstan go smoothly.both of them have the aspiration to develop the relation of friendship and cooperation from strategic level in the new century. The changes in the international order objectively put the same questions before them, also request them to carry out long-term strategic cooperation. The relations between China and Kazakhstan are not only a kind of bilateral or neighboring cooperation, but also a cooperation in the constantly changes of international order. There is the international background. the relations between China and Kazakhstan touch not only bilateral benefits, but also of other areas and states.By developing bilateral ties with tourism cooperation, it could not only contribute to the integration of tourism resources, the promotion of the tourist market sharing between the two countries, but also contribute to the pursuit of multi-party cooperation to achieve common interests, and thus, the overall competitiveness of tourism cooperation. In this paper we will analyzes the existing problems from regional cooperation between Kazakhstan and China, furthermore, give a strong response. Firstly,we have analyzed and illustrated the current status and research results of the domestic and foreign Regional Tourism Cooperation. Secondly, the current status of the basic conditions of regional tourism cooperation and development, as well as regional cooperation in basic conditions between Kazakhstan and China.In addition, we summarized the existing problems and future development of the bilateral Tourism Cooperation between China and Kazakhstan and have made recommendations for possible paths to enhance and the positive impact of tourism it is desirable for the region Tourism cooperation theoretical work provides theoretical reference, as well as provide a viable practice reference for tourism cooperation and development between Kazakhstan and China.
