| Through consulting literature, the concept of Ecological Agriculture was confirmed by the author. The thesis also includes the contents of ecological agriculture, development status of it at home and abroad, and the significance of developing ecological agriculture. Through the field trip to Huangtian Village, with various methods, the author obtained first-hand datas of it. Based on the descriptive statistics and data analysis of local conditions of Huangtian Village, the author has designed a systematic and detailed planning. The general idea of the planning is that using large-scale pig farms and biogas engineering base as a link, based on land, to combine plantation and breeding together. Large-scale pig farms and biogas engineering base are the core bases for the whole ecological agriculture planning. Location selection is Jiuzhai Group, which occupies 6 hectares of land. Besides, there are four bases; they are 36 hectares’ organic rice base, 10 hectares’ organic vegetable base, 75.6 hectares’ underwood planting and underwood breeding of 15 hectares. The development of ecological agriculture in Huangtian Village is a systematic project, it cannot be finished in a short time, so it has been divided into three stages: near future, metaphase and forward. The total budget of the investment of the five bases is 24.26084 million, the estimated cost of a year’s operation management is 18.6245 million, expect annual sales to reach 26.061 million. If so, the investment costs will be earned in three years, and the net income of 743.65 can be ensured as well. Besides great economic benefits, the planning could also bring huge ecological benefits and social benefits. The planning to develop ecological agriculture of Huangtian Village has provided a theoretical formwork for the whole plateau section. And when the project finished, it will do great good to the development of ecological agriculture around. Finally, it will become a science and technology region in plateau section. |
