Research On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Wang Shi Lan Village

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which has been written into the Party Constitution.It is an important means to promote the national economy and people's livelihood,and an important grasp to solve the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers.It clearly puts forward the new 20-character policy of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and affluent life.The upgraded version of rural construction is also the objective need to win the goal of building a well-off society in an a ll-round way.From 2003 to 2008,the No.1 document of the Central Committee has focused on agriculture,rural areas and farmers for 15 consecutive years.This is an urgent need to adapt to the changes in the main social contradictions,and plays a vital role in promoting the development of rural economy and increasing farmers' income.However,in order to make the countryside beautiful and the peasants rich,we should not only rely on the state support policy to transfuse blood,but also to achieve their own hematopoiesis in order to promote the sustainable development of the cause of agriculture,countryside and farmers.Implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization not only clarifies the direction and thinking of rural development in the new era,but also decides the objective needs of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and provides a new opportunity for the development of leisure agriculture.Recreational agriculture is a new industry and form of business which is rapidly rising in recent years in China.It is a new agricultural production and management form which utilizes agricultural landscape resources and agricultural production conditions to develop sightseeing,leisure and tourism.The development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism can promote the transformation of regional ecological resources into ecological capital,effectively promote industrial integration and increase farmers' income,and fully meet the overall requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy on "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and prosperity of life".On the basis of summarizing the basic concepts,characteristics and functions of leisure agriculture and explaining relevant theories,this paper summarizes the general situation,development stage and resource conditions of developing leisure agriculture in Wangshilan Village,Lixiang Street,Hunnan District,Shenyang City.Through communicating with Shenyang Agricultural Economic Commission,Shenyang Leisure Agriculture Association,Hunnan District Agricultural Development Bureau,Wang Shilan Village Committee and other units and departments,and many times going deep into the village of Wang Shilan to conduct on-the-spot investigations,questionnaire was issued,two parts of the questionnaire information of farmers and tourists were collected and sorted out,Wang Shilan Village Leisure Agriculture was mastered.The actual situation and first-hand data of resource supply and farmers' demand.On this basis,through comparative analysis,the problems of leisure agriculture development in this area are sorted out.Finally,the papertries to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of leisure agriculture in Wangshilan village based on the local actual situation and the feedback information of questionnaire,hoping to provide reference for the development of leisure agriculture in Wangshilan village and other areas.Through investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the development of leisure agriculture is not only the spontaneous management behavior of Wang Shilan villagers by using regional resources,but also an important decision made by village collectives,and has become one of the important pillars of local economic development.To properly solve the constraints of leisure agriculture in infrastructure construction,personnel training,loan financing and other aspects will help Wang Shilan village to achieve the strategic requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rich life and other rural revitalization.At the same time,this papertries to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of leisure agriculture,hoping to provide reference for the development of leisure agriculture in Wang Shilan Village and other areas.
