This article uses the literature analysis method, survey research method, case analysis and other research methods. Firstly, the paper introduces the research related to the theoretical foundation, and then analyze the status of drug circulation industry association function, existing problems and reasons, then puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the drug distribution functions of industry associations to play.
