It should become the implementation of the global energy starting point and ending point. Therefore, in order to develop and cultivate a group of first-class advanced benchmarking team it is urgently need a careful management of modernization and information.Meanwhile, it becomes the priority in the team building and has an important and positive significance.This study seeks to solve the information management needs of enterprise grid grassroots team of standardization, modernization and information technology management team. It reflects the working state of the team and achieves the competitions between team and team, promotes competitive atmosphere among each team. Firstly, the research background grid enterprises standardize grassroots team information management system.
