Research On Data Quality Management Of Household Survey Data In Hanjiang District Of Yangzhou City

In today’s society, statistics have already penetrated into all walks of life in the national economy, into the social lives of millions of households. The role of statistics has become increasingly prominent, showing the record of national development, providing policy basis, lay the foundation for the management, the service of the public, to promote international communication and so on. Household income and life condition investigation (hereinafter referred to as household survey) is an important government statistical investigation items, the main investigation data index reflects a certain period, the living standards of local residents, and thus received extensive attention of the society from all walks of life. But because of the investigation team lack in manpower, financial resources, technology, infrastructure, power and other resources, combined with the interference of survey system internal and external interest groups and other factors, household survey data is more or less exists the phenomenon of distortion, survey data quality needs to be improved.Taking Yangzhou City Hanjiang District household survey data quality management as the research object, using literature research method, questionnaire survey method, statistical analysis and other research methods, combining with control theory, the theory of quality management and total quality management theory, from the four aspects of household survey of find out problems existing in every aspect of household survey data quality management, and through the way of questionnaire survey, analysis and study the main factors influencing the quality of household survey data, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the Hanjiang District household survey data quality management.The study found that the weakness in the Hanjiang District household survey data quality management involves every aspect of the household survey, runs through the whole process of the household survey. Under the guidance of the theory of total quality management, this paper considers the influence of the internal and external environment of the investigation system, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures. Change mind, from the traditional statistics result assessment into total data quality management, involving statistical process, system environment and so on. Second, improve the internal environment of the household survey system, the security of personnel, funds, facilities, logistics and other aspects, is the foundation of perfecting the household survey data quality management. Finally, control the external environment of household survey system. Actively establish the image of the investigation team of the Hanjiang, handle the relationship with relevant government departments, clear the independence of the survey team to investigate, to ensure that the household survey data is objective and fair, without interference.
