JiangSu ZhongDaDongBo Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2012, aimed at the opportunity in this industry, start a business. The last chapter is the full text of the summary and outlook.According to ZhongDaDongBo large internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats, the paper concludes that the company’s strategic targeting should be: to accurately grasp the needs of the industry based on research and development and technological innovation, to do service-oriented enterprises as the core concept, it should promote market development strategy and alliance strategy, rational use of market resources, rapid development and enhance core competitiveness. To achieve this strategy, the company plans to take the following measures:in-depth understanding of industry needs, the development of innovative software and hardware products to the industry as a focal point, to strengthen the interests of the association’s allies, the full integration of upstream and downstream resources, leveraging the collaborative development to attract talented people, strengthening Qualification and brand building.
