In the human capital and knowledge capital has become the era of knowledge economy, the source of enterprise competitive advantage, the economic competition among countries is mainly the competition of products and services, products and services competition plays a supporting role is science and technology, and the master and the main use of science and technology is the knowledge staff. The competition between enterprises, finally all must depend on the knowledge and knowledge worker to achieve. Knowledge workers in the enterprise is the creator of value, is the most valuable resource in the company. This paper first makes a systematic summary on the theory of incentive mechanism and incentive demand, related incentive effect theory. Secondly, through comparing the difference hierarchy of needs analysis and incentive factors of knowledge type staff of T company, to obtain relevant data comparison. Thirdly, according to the preliminary analysis and the data obtained were analyzed for incentive management status, the existing, and construct the system of encouragement benefit compared with small environment, find the problems existing in the management of the company for the motivation of knowledge workers. Finally, based on the analysis of related incentive theory and the knowledge worker demand level, for the current incentive management on the question of the existence of factors analysis, and further put forward the feasible solution, so as to improve the enterprise incentive system. In addition, the paper also takes the T company as a blueprint, progressive experience in theory and practice of large class of general problems on the induction and the summary, and in the relevant basis for the incentive mode and method for the similar enterprise management, provide the feasible reference for other enterprise performance management.To make a long story short, after the study summarizes the theory of incentive mechanism analysis can’t only understand the situation of knowledge workers, is to use the incentive theory incentive management method to resume on the basis of analysis. This paper will through the analysis of the incentive factors of knowledge workers, and combine the knowledge workers in our country enterprise incentive problems, establishes the knowledge staff incentive system, puts forward the effective incentive system of enterprise knowledge workers to practical problems, incentive of knowledge workers in the enterprise to have the certain reference value.
