Nowadays,the war of talents is becoming more and more fierce.How to attract outstanding talents has become a matter of major concern for employers.Since the concept of employer brand has been put forward,more and more attention has been paid to it.In order to cope with talent competition,many enterprises have promoted it to a strategic level.At the same time,with the development of Internet and other science and technology,job seekers' job hunting methods and ideas are also changing slowly.The most obvious is the rise of the virtual employer brand community relying on the Internet.Job seekers gather for a specific employer on the Internet,and share and communicate in the cyberspace without time and space restrictions,such as job search website,social network,QQ group or WeChat group,generating a sense of community.Relying on the mobile Internet,the virtual employer brand community will bring great influences and changes to the human resources strategy and employer brand strategy.Based on the research background of employers' brand and job hunting tendency,this study explores the relationship between employer attractiveness,sense of virtual employer brand community and job hunting tendency,and how employer attractiveness affects job hunting tendency through sense of virtual employer brand community.The three models of employer attractiveness,sense of virtual employer brand community and job seeking are built.The following conclusions are drawn: 1,Employer attractiveness has a positive impact on job hunting tendency;2,Employer attractiveness has a positive impact on sense of virtual employer brand community;3,Sense of virtual employer brand community is positively affecting job hunting tendency;4,Sense of virtual employer brand community plays a mediating role between employer attractiveness and job hunting tendency.Therefore,this study puts forward several suggestions on how to use the virtual employer brand community to implement the employer brand strategy and improve the job seeker's job hunting tendency.1,To build the virtual employer brand;2,To improve the employer attractiveness in an all-round ways;3,To maintain the virtual employer brand community,and to enhance sense of the community.
