Financial quality analysis is to conduct comprehensive analysis of the financial activity process and outcome within certain period on special target that is, using financial tables and other associated data material to conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the quality of assets, assets structure, profit, cash flow, and sustainable capability of special target. Pharmaceutical manufacturing about national economy and people’s livelihood, occupies important position in the economic development of our country. The Comprehensive strength both at home and abroad of our country’s Pharmaceutical manufacturing also affects the development of the national economy in our country, so to improve the overall strength of our country medicine manufacturing industry at home and abroad is must pay attention to the level of enterprise financial quality. Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry as an important part of China’s manufacturing, analyze its financial quality present situation and the factors that influence the financial quality changes to improve the quality of our country medicine manufacturing industry financial overall level, and enhance the competitiveness of our country medicine manufacturing industry at home and abroad as a whole has important practical significance. 。This article takes our country in 2010 (including 2010) previously listed pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises as the research sample, then puts the sample enterprises classified as chemical pharmaceutical industry,medical equipment industry and Chinese traditional medicine industry according to their main business, and select the relevant operating data of the sample companies from 2010 to 2014.The paper adopts methods that combination of normative research and descriptive statistical analysis.First of all, The paper elaborates the basic theory of financial quality including the definition of financial quality, the elements of financial quality, the index system of financial quality and the influencing factors on the quality of the financial, etc on the basis of existing research results at home and abroad for reference, In this article, I will make in-depth analysis about the present situation of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing quality financial and the influencing factors on the quality of the financial,combining with the actual situation of our country medicine manufacturing industry. Through the analysis of this paper argues that the influencing factors on the finance quality of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in our country including industry economic cycle, the market demand, economic policy, enterprise management ability, etc, and In order to perfect our country medicine manufacturing financial quality management system, this paper will put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions to improve our country medicine manufacturing industry’s financial quality level and management level.
