Research On The Development Of Health Tourism Based On Stakeholder Theory

In recent years, with the improvement of material life, people’s need for health care increases gradually, and mere health preserving or travel could not meet people’s pursuit of high-quality life any longer. Health-tourism is a new mode that makes health resources and playing interact and supplement with each other, which meet people’s composite demand for individual health, so that it attracts widespread attention day by day. However, in practical development, more and more problems appear, especially the phenomena such as the complex interest relations between each interest subject in the development of health-tourism, as well as ambiguity of responsibilities and power. Responsibility, power and other related factors bring about many problems to the interest subjects of health-tourism, which severely influence the healthy and orderly development of health-tourism industry.Health tourism has been from the exploration stage to the development of the system, whether in theory or applied research has achieved some results. But at present, the research on health tourism has achieved some achievements both in theory and in application. However, the concern of stakeholders to the main content of the research focus on the planning and development is very little. In society, there is a common problem of interest balance, and the balance of interests between stakeholders is directly related to the development of health tourism industry. If the stakeholder theory can be applied to the development of health tourism industry, it is a useful exploration to improve the stability of the development of health tourism in China, and then promote the sustainable development of the health tourism industry.On the basis of summarizing related theory research at home and abroad,drawing lessons from the Stakeholder Theory of Management, this paper expounds the development of health-tourism theoretically from a new perspective. Taking the health-tourism destination in Xuwen County, Guangdong Province as an empirical research object, the author surveys the interest demand of each interest subject of health-tourism in Xuwen County on-the-spot, devoting to probe the complex relations between each interest subject in the development of health-tourism. The paper gives a definition to the core interest subject of health-tourism, namely, the government,tourism entrepreneurship, community residents and tourists; and on such basis, the system analyzes the interest demand and interest conflict of different interest subject of health-tourism as well as its causes; proposed interests between stakeholders inhealth tourism industry of our country realization mode, in order to strengthen the gui dance and practical significance; according to the concept of health tourism stakehold ers and hierarchical model in an effort to identify the current health tourism developm ent process and prominent problems, and provides the optimal way to achieve shared i nterests for health tourism core stakeholders, in order to achieve health tourism develo pment path and wellness tourism to promote strategic basis.
