Commercial concrete industry in our country has more than 20 years of development history, with the development of our country’s economy, the expansion of construction scale, high-end, high efficiency, low energy consumption building concept to promote the development of the commercial concrete in our country. But in the face of the development at the same time, also brought many problems, the unbalanced regional development, industry competition is intense, serious overcapacity.Jiangsu is the largest ready-mixed concrete in our country, since entering this century, concrete production has been ranking the leading position in the country. But with the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, how to give full play to their own advantages in the fierce market competition, overcome the disadvantage, to survive and develop steadily, has become a commodity concrete enterprises must solve the first problem. Because of the particularity of China’s construction market and China’s development pattern determines the way China concrete main sales to sell on credit, determine the accounts receivable and bad debt in the short term will still be a difficult problem in concrete enterprise. How to make the enterprise competition strategy in the current environment, in order to better solve the problem of the three aspects is the enterprise needs to consider.Based on the A concrete company as the research object, by using relevant strategic management theory, using PEST, porter five model, internal and external factor evaluation matrix, SWOT matrix, and the theory of value chain analysis method, through the in-depth analysis on the concrete industry environment combined with the actual situation of enterprise internal, chose to match the enterprise competition strategy, and formulated a series of strategic measures. Through these measures to restore A concrete co., LTD., core competitive ability, to resolve the problem, the development of competitive strategy for enterprises, and puts forward the implementation of the strategy to be aware of problems and to improve the reliability of the strategic objectives are implemented. For A concrete co., LTD., as well as the similar enterprises in the current market environment plan provides the basis of the analysis of competitive strategy and decision-making reference.This paper makes a coordination of Porter theory, SWOT method and the survival environment of A Concrete Company. And then, analyzes the industry characteristics and the company’s competitive advantages and disadvantages and makes corresponding countermeasures and constructive comments, and hoped that through the rectification play to our strengths, overcome the disadvantage of the operation, so as to avoid market and the operation of enterprises in disadvantaged groups, seize the opportunity, enable companies to the development of a qualitative leap. Through marketing and operation of the quality of products, quality of service and other leavened dough of fundamental improvements, Concrete companies in the market more competitive.
