With the development of global economy and informatization, the global market is becoming more and more complicated and variable, the negligence development style of China result in serious resources and environment problems. Manufacturing Industry of China urgently needed development transformation as facing thus great pressure.As for coal mine machinery of heavy equipment manufacturing industry in China, he who meet the needs of the market occupying the market. When coal mine equipment’s demand reducing with middle and small coal mine closing, large coal mine’s requirement of equipment’s quality and performance are enhancing. Service manufacturing system provide whole enterprise solution via pay more attention to the customers’ demand and invite customer to participate in the whole course of the development and construction of the equipment. The PLM system improve enterprise competitiveness through eliminate isolated island of information, improve the quality of production and shorten the period of designing new production. Research on this two fields have great significance in the engineering application.This paper establishes management strategy cover coal mine machinery of heavy equipment manufacturing Life-cycle Management. Advancing core competence and realizes the users requirements based on consult the related literature, analysis coal mine machinery of heavy equipment manufacturing data and gives an overall explanation for PLM and Service manufacturing system. This management strategy rearrange the basic business process in good order and reconstructs the PLM system in the T enterprise. Expect to providing reference solution for the transformation of coal mine machinery of heavy equipment manufacturing industry in China.
