| The textile industry is a traditional pillar industry of the national economy, it plays an important role in promoting the economic to develop, improving the people’s livelihood, pushing forward the urbanization and helping to build the harmonious society. In a world of economic globalization, the rapid development of market economy and technology, the growing demand in the international market have brought a lot of opportunities for the textile industry. But China’s textile industry still facing challenges, because of the rapidly changing environment of the international textile industry and the market competition. China has entered the 13th Five-Year. the textile companies need to improve the level of business and enhance international competitiveness by means of upgrading and developing science and technology.The 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China points out that China should strengthen structural reform of the supply front and other practical policies. This paper has researched that how to make strategic planning with the professional models and detailed information. First of all, it shows the system of strategic management theory to provide a fundamental basis for DM Company. Then it studies the external environment and internal environment to figure out the opportunities and threats of DM Company. On this basis, it makes the total Strategy, the competitive strategy and the functional strategy for DM Company.
