The resource-depended enterprise S referred in this paper is almost the most traditional chemical manufacturing, of which the production organization process is extensive. Data on customers’ requirements for the production and operation to the product quality requirements,supplier quality, product inspection report, and product quality statistics have been collected and counted. Still, there is a lack of analysis on these data. Also very few data analysis results are applied to the production organization to achieve the purpose of improving the production efficiency, precise production operation. This paper starts with the present situation of production and operation management of S company. The existing problems and shortcomings of the existing information system are analyzed. The fully opening up management of the internal supply, production, marketing, human, financial, material and comprehensive analysis and optimization on the business processes and models will be presented in this paper. The target is to improve the synergy of internal business and production efficiency to establish the information concentration platform to meet the rapid development of the company and accurate decision-making needs. After the comprehensive analysis of the four affects of the core business and solutions to the problems on the production and operation efficiency. After analysis and research, the following conclusions are drawn:First, to enhance the production and operation efficiency of the manufacturing enterprises of the S company, and generally need to focus on the main problems of the operation standards and standards, financial business integration, decision-making analysis platform and other information.Second, based on process management, supply chain management needs, as well as the ERP information platform management ideas and core features, through the analysis and research, we proposed to meet the company’s rapid development and accurate decision-making needs of ERP information platform as a solution to improve the internalbusiness synergies and production efficiency.Third, the implementation of ERP project is a kind of strategic measures for enterprise development, is the fundamental change of enterprise management and management concept,is the reorganization and optimization of enterprise process. In the implementation of ERP system, we must take full account of the overall strategy of the enterprise, avoid the specific implementation process and enterprise development goals, the development direction of the gap. Enterprises to implement ERP system through the opportunity for business process optimization and recycling, so as to drive the entire organization to the modern enterprise system to move closer, and comprehensive review of the enterprise in other areas of ability.Fourth, the management team to participate in the degree of direct impact on the success of the ERP system. In the implementation of the ERP system, management personnel-especially the highest decision-makers is the implementation of the leadership and the main participants, the highest decision-making level of the enterprise to have a thorough understanding of the ERP system, there is an objective understanding of the problems of the enterprise, the new system is expected to have a clear description of the changes in management to have reasonable expectations.Based on the above analysis conclusion, this paper expounds the significance of the establishment of the company level ERP core information platform by taking the operation management as an example. Through research, the method to improve the production and operation efficiency of S company will be put forward, in meanwhile, it has important theoretical significance on the current domestic phosphate and compound fertilizer enterprises for enhancing phosphate fertilizer production control level, reducing the production cost, and adapting to the changes in market demand.
