Transnational Development Strategy Of China 's Commercial Banks Under The Background Of RMB Internationalization

In recent years, RMB internationalization process has been accelerating. In 2009, the experimental unit of RMB cross-border trade settlement launched successfully, which marked RMB internationalization entered a new stage, and RMB join in the SDR successfully, signed that RMB internationalization had achieved a breakthrough, and RMB international degree would further improve. RMB internationalization will make economic and finance system face profound change, commercial banks act as main body of finance market, is the important pillar of currency circulation and main body of currency management, RMB internationalization will make profound influences to international development commercial banks, commercial banks will face with precious opportunity, and significant challenge. Under the background of RMB internationalization, the pace of commercial banks in our country has been advanced, commercial banks in our country must adopt corresponding tactics of international management and development, contact their internationalization tightly with RMB internationalization process, achieve leaping development of international management. Recently, the research of how RMB international influence the finance of our country is almost still in macro stage, from micro stage especially from the aspect of commercial banks is little. This paper try to base on the aspect of commercial banks internationalization, of the logical “ first theory, then fact”,analysis the opportunity of commercial banks internationalization, and using the experience of commercial banks internationalization in developed countries, end of proposals from many aspects. The discussion in this paper is based on theoretical research and international experiences, and combine with the fact of our country, after referring to the existing academic research results in our country and abroad, analyzes the influence of RMB internationalization on the international development of commercial banks in our country, reach conclusion which possess strong logic. Firstly, this paper starts from theories of commercial banks internationalization, includes motivation and development stages of commercial banks,establishes theoretical basis, and analyzes the fact and existing questions of commercial banks international development; then from the fact of RMB internationalization, analyze chances when international development of our commercial banks faced during RMB internationalization; after that from the process and experience of America, Japan, Germany banks internationalization, combine with RMB internationalization, analyzes what we can learn from these; at last, from the perspective of RMB internationalization process, puts forward policy proposals of the commercial banks international development.
