In today’s world tourism development momentum of rapid of the national economy, the dependence of the tourism industry is also growing, along with the reform of the international competition of tourism, tourism management is also a qualitative change. Tourism talents as the promotion of the carrier of the healthy development of the tourism industry is becoming a global strategic resource, as been paid more attention by the countries all over the world, especially in China’s socialist market economy continues to develop perfect, service economy rapid development, the tourism industry has gradually become a new economic growth point in the process, how to build and improve tourism talent team construction has been a positive response from the countries. Yunnan is rich in natural resources, a strong folk customs, or the development of the tourism industry provides a good soft environment, but due to historical reasons, economic and social development of Yunnan still in the primary stage of socialism, the comprehensive ability of the tourism talent tale, and lower plaque spent long plagued the economy, society, science and technology development.This paper, basis of the current situation of tourism talents in Yunnan province analysis, summed up the effect of tourism talents in Yunnan and the specific elements.
