Research On SLH 's Development Strategy

With the development of economy and the reform of state-owned enterprises, SLH Company is faced with the change of internal and external environment. In order to grasp the development opportunities and meet the management challenges, the investigation on the company development should be strengthened, so as to construct development strategy scientifically and promote enterprise development.Starting with the development status of SLH Company, the author scientifically analyzed the internal and external environment of the company under the guidance of enterprise development strategy theories by using of some strategy analysis tools such as PEST, Porter Five Forces, SWOT and so on. According to results of the investigation, there are some corresponding problems in the company. The base of the company is weak and its market is under new threat.The company should make plans clearly, enhance its main business, pay attention to service innovation and grasp opportunities. Based on the investigation, the author constructs the development strategy plan of the company and puts forward the corresponding safeguards during the plan construction process. So the investigation has certain practical and instructive significance to the company development.
