After several reforms of the China Telecom industry restructuring, breaking the monopoly of the industry, making the communication market to form a healthy competitive environment. With the rapid development of the mobile Internet era, communication operators to strengthen the construction of basic communication equipment, based on the more attention to the communication product marketing. Today’s communications industry is not only product technology competition, but the market and service competition, is the marketing strategy of competition, who occupy a greater market share, who has the master control.This paper uses marketing strategy theory and SWOT analysis, carry on the comprehensive analysis of the macro environment, L communication company’s operating status, the problems of marketing strategy put forward the rationalization proposal of product, channel, promotion, price and service, to improve product quality, optimize signal products, customized products put forward product optimization strategy; the main construction of Internet marketing mechanism and strategy to accelerate the development of the Internet marketing channel; the outstanding brand image, strengthen brand management, strengthen campus promotion to improve the enterprise brand publicity; will enhance the combination of full service consciousness and process optimization, to better reflect the optimization strategy of service marketing that makes the L communications company in Heilongjiang province and the other two operators have a competitive advantage.
