Research On The Path Of Enterprise Value Management

As a decision making measure variable of enterprise value promotion, VBM (value based management) path has very important reference significance and plays a guiding role for enterprise’s business operations and management decisions. What is the specific path of VBM? What are the stages that compose VBM path? How does VBM path affect enterprise value and operations? If the impact exists, how does it drive enterprise value? Theorists have not yet had a clear answer on these questions. After integrating related theories of enterprise value and VBM, the theoretical research framework was established from the perspective of VBM path research. Otherwise, the general theory of normative research is lack of factual persuasion and the large sample research haven’t got enough unified comparable samples. Based on the typical cases, in order to make up for the defect of research at home and abroad, longitudinal single case study method is used to do the exploratory research. With Bao Steel Metal as the research object, examine driving effect of the VBM path on improving enterprise value. The results indicate that VBM path covers the following three contents on value based management theoretical level:Firstly, establish VBM information platform, let financial personnel convert into value integrator, provide the support platform for enterprise management activity with business intelligence system, transform the data into knowledge efficiently, improve the service efficient use of assets greatly; secondly, establish inspective VBM index system, centered on marginal contribution, use key performance indicators to improve enterprise management efficiency of all aspects; finally, all personnel VBM mode is an advanced management mode which is introduced from abroad, it achieves the all personnel participation of management effectively. In the end, on the basis of above mentioned theory, VBM path theory framework model is established. Research conclusion has rich theoretical and practical significance on enriching VBM theory and guiding the healthy growth of enterprises.
