| With the rapid development of China’s economic construction, the construction of information technology has become the main theme of the current market and enterprise development. On February 27th,2014, the Central Network Security and Information Leading Group was proclaimed and held the first meeting. General Secretary Xi Jinping gave a speech at the meeting and clearly pointed out:"If there is no network security, there will be no national security; if there is no information, there will be no modernization. "Information is the only way for the development of Chinese enterprises, which has become the consensus. In recent years, the information construction of large enterprises has changed from individual enterprise combating alone to group companies uniformly planning and comprehensively deploying and implementing. Many large-scale group enterprise information program even reached hundreds of millions of dollars, or even billions of dollars. Large projects in scale, long implementation cycle and complex business have brought enormous challenge for the program management. How to do a good job in large group enterprise information program implementation process, project group management and organization have become top priority in the process of program implementation.According to the development trend in recent years, the construction of enterprise information has been gradually developed from a single project to project group. Project size and complexity have increased year by year. Unified project by the enterprise and step-by-step implementation have gradually become the main melody of information project implementation. The size of the project is increasing and the complexity of the project is deepening. Also, the requirements for scientific, systematic and precise project management are higher and higher. This has promoted the rapid development of global project management theory.This paper took the project group management as the main research direction. Based on the theory of project management, large information project implementation in the process of organization and management research was investigated. China Petroleum ERP project implementation was set as a case analysis to discuss the management in the process of construction project according to the project group management theory. Standing in the angle of a large enterprise information management, the organization, control and management were discussed during the process of large information project implementation. The corresponding security measures were put forward to ensure the project being successfully implemented.In this paper, based on the large scale information project management, the research object was switched from a single project to large-scale projects in multiple project organization, project network, project group in the implementation process of management analysis. Such project management research is also in line with the development trend of modern projects, that is, to jump out of a single project management and expand the research objects of the project management. This research will provide reference experience for the management of large scale information program of state owned enterprises. |
