The Wall Street financial crisis in 2008, triggered a global financial crisis, and further evolution of the economic crisis. In the crisis, the Chinese government issued four trillion investment plan although successful in alleviating the impact of the financial crisis, but also with some negative effects. The Chinese financial sector in order to avoid the higher asset price bubbles and pressure of inflation which caused by credit expansion, in 2010 began to tighten monetary policy, tightening credit. At the same time, due to the field of technological innovation, network communication and computer network, a new Financial mode of borrowing relying on the Internet began to flourish, the popularity of e-commerce and continuously push forward the third party payment platform. After entering 2013, the Internet financial blowout development trend under the online insurance business impact of the Alibaba group and the Tencent. Alipay, Yu Ebao, Jingdong and other forms of Internet banking, to a certain extent, have a great impact on the traditional business of commercial bank. In order to cope with the financial shocks of the Internet, some commercial banks generally start financial innovation, in order to achieve win-win cooperation, common development.Therefore, studying the reason of the emergence of Internet Banking under the background of economic globalization, the essence of Internet banking and a huge impact on international banking and Chinese commercial banks, and choosing the H Bank as an example to analysis, then putting forward pertinent and feasible policy recommendations for commercial banks to deal with the Internet financial impact, prevention and control of financial risks, is of great practical significance.
