The financial management of rural areas in China has a direct impact on the harmony and stability of rural areas and the level of the economy, the rural financial management has become the cornerstone of the development of rural economy in China. Economy is the development of rural economy in particular to the affairs of the national economy and the people’s livelihood, rural financial problems has been are broad farmer masses are concerned about hot spots, the rural work and focus of the grass-roots work difficulty, is also related to our party masses unity and stability of one of the reasons. Since 2013, the Ministry of agriculture, Ministry of finance, Ministry of civil affairs and other departments to further strengthen and standardize the management of village level financial management to develop a number of policies and regulations, rural finance has been a constant standard, and promote the effective use of rural financial funds, and promote the development of rural economy. But some places still have very serious problems in rural financial management, so it is urgent to pay attention and research.The development course and characteristics of rural financial management of are analyzed by using the theory of financial management, mainly related to the centralization and decentralization, internal control, commission agent theory and the Nobel economics prize hauptfach Si (Coase, R.H.,1937) of transaction cost theory, the above theory guided how we construct and choice of financial management. Through the above theoretical analysis, the main problems of the village financial management are found.
